CSD Learns, with Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf (RIT/NTID) hosted a special live STEM event, Embrace the Earth, to celebrate Earth Day. This event featured four deaf or hard of hearing STEMists, or individuals who work in STEM fields. They, along with a guest educator, focused on environmental topics and provided STEM-themed activities.
This course is part of a STEM Teachable Moments toolkit bundle associated with the Embrace the Earth live STEM event. The STEMists share their life and career experiences and provide tips and advice to middle school students.
